In order to provide superior customer service while also empowering our customers we are introducing the new Design’n’Buy web based Help Desk System with an elegant support ticket system. Clients can now easily raise support tickets and get them resolved quickly. Support tickets ensure that client questions or issues are documented and attended to as quickly as possible. Also, allows all to stay updated with announcements, get answers from the community as well as share feature suggestions with us.

Clients can now submit a request on our web portal http://support.designnbuy.com. They can also get registered and maintain a user account. Once logged in, user can submit and track tickets and communicate with our support agents publicly. We do our best to respond to all support tickets within 24 hours.

We believe full acceptance from our clients for this new system and trust it will strengthen our customer service.

Soon we are coming up with an upgraded version of the design tool which is more user friendly, much attractive and with unprecedented features. We collected inputs & suggestions from end users, our clients as well as industry experts on features they wanted in design tool as well as their suggestions on the improvements. We hope this new version will make us stand far ahead of our competitors in delivering the best design tool software. Some of the exciting features in new version are advanced text effects, live pricing display, design area configurator for each product, simplified clipart management, a complete step by step user guide for store setup & management and much more. It has been more than 2 years we built and delivered our first design tool and since then it has been a never ending workflow for our design’n’buy team. Having delivered more than 50 web stores with design tools, this journey of more than 2 years has involved lots of learning, endless efforts to do better and outdo ourselves, accolades from clients, high expectations as clients always wanted us to do more & better and lot more. We are proud to announce that we have delivered design tools for personalizing more than 15 different types of products each one involving custom features of its own. Most of the design studios delivered by us are live and leading the respective consumer market segment. The team is currently working on implementing designs tool for even complex products and we hope our tools cater to all requirements of a versatile web-to-print solution.

Rightway is all excited about exhibiting in Adobe Max 2011 to be held from October 1-5 at LA, CA. Preparations are going on at the fast pace. Everyone is buzzing with enthusiasm and looking forward to the huge response from the show. I can see our team working tirelessly to get the preparations done on-time. The team has left no stone unturned and want best of everything as we are exhibiting our products (Design’n’Buy and Maitredee360) as well as our RIA development services for the first time at such a mega event.

We will also be visiting various locations in USA during this visit. We are meeting up with many of our existing clients and partners as well as prospective clients looking for a business tie-up with us. We find this as good opportunity for us to know more about our clients’ business and work and understand their outsourcing requirements and expectations better. We are receiving more and more responses from industry people looking to meet us and we look forward to meeting them.
