Today Design’n’Buy team had a fantastic day gorging upon sumptuous food and sharing fun moments at a superb restaurant in the city. I cannot think of a better way to celebrate a series of successful releases and happy clientele. Since past couple of months, everyone in the team has been working hard & sincerely towards meeting all deadlines and making releases so that clients can make best of the sell in Christmas season with newly launched s. Most of our deliveries have been made as per deadline and now they got a time to relax and plan the next set of tasks. Everyone enjoyed the get together and looking forward to some more great work & challenges in coming projects. Kudos to the team for such fantastic spirit. Keep it up.

On November 14th 2011, Nidhi (Director – Engineering) conducted a workshop on Mobile Apps Development over Adobe AIR platform at CIIE IIM, Ahmedabad. The workshop involved a complete overview of Adobe AIR as upcoming mobile apps development platform, reasons behind the quick acceptance by developer community for AIR, future of Adobe AIR as mobile apps development platform etc.

The workshop also covered an overview of Adobe Flash Platform (Flex, AIR, Flash), Flash Builder IDE and advantages of choosing Adobe AIR for mobile apps development. The workshop involves developing a simple mobile app using Flash Builder. It also covered packaging apps for Apple iOS, Google Android and BalckBerry Tables OS devices.

The workshop was attended by 30+ participants and received very good feedback from all of the participants.

Early this week, one of our USA based client visited us to discuss his upcoming project with our business analyst and technical experts. The discussion went for the whole day long and there were several rounds of brainstorming sessions over requirements & the most feasible development strategy to realize the application with the client. Client bid goodbye to us with full trust in our capabilities to realize his application & we hope to kick-off the next step soon.

It was a busy day @ NASSCOM Product Conclave for team RWS yesterday. We are exhibiting our products Design’n'Buy, Matitredee360 and Sales+ here.

More than 100 people visited our booth and have shown their interest in our products, there were many good talks on associations and partnerships even. We also received many suggestions and new feature requests for our products that we are definitely going to discuss with our technical team back in the office.

We are again energized to interact with more people today and hope our products leave a lasting impression on the participants this year.

Diwali is the most awaited festival for Indians all across the world every year. The festival brings great enthusiasm and energy throughout the country. At RWS, we celebrated Laxmi Pooja on Dhan Teras followed by 3 days vacations for all.

Team at RWS celebrated this festival of lights with Great Spirit. Everyone dressed in Indian ethnic wear gave a traditional touch to the festivities.

The celebration began with office decoration in the morning followed by rangoli decorations & lighting lamps in the evening. Rangoli was decorated with flowers giving a serene look to the office entrance.

Evening proceeded with Laxmi Pooja followed by sweet distribution & a huge session of fire crackers.

Festival of Diwali is perfect occasion for people to get together, forget all worries and enjoy the vacations with family & friends. Let’s begin the New Year with lots of hope and determination.

Clients can now easily raise support tickets and get them resolved quickly. Support tickets ensure that client questions or issues are documented and attended to as quickly as possible. Also, allows all to stay updated with announcements, get answers from the community as well as share feature suggestions with us.

Clients can now submit a request on our web portal http://support.designnbuy.com. They can also get registered and maintain a user account. Once logged in, user can submit and track tickets and communicate with our support agents publicly. We do our best to respond to all support tickets within 24 hours.
